After the Dhuhr prayer, the practical session focusing on the worship of ablution and prayer within groups was conducted by specially invited facilitators from the Hidayah Centre Foundation and Da'wah Division of JAWI. The commitment and focus displayed by the participants showed great spirit and determination to continue understanding the fundamental aspects of worship in Islam. Also present was Ustaz Abuzar Bin Zainudin, Senior Assistant Director of Da’wah Management Division of JAWI. The intensive course and practical sessions were not only successfully conducted but also achieved their intended goals of educating the new reverts on these important aspects of Islam. The new Muslim revert participants were also encouraged to continue their learning curve by attending classes provided by JAWI or Muslim NGOs such as Hidayah Centre Foundation at Desa Melawati which are conducted in English. This will serve as a catalyst for new reverts to pursue fundamental knowledge effectively and thoroughly. Our next course will be conducted in English in October 2024. |
